I want to save my pictures for the next....1000 years.
10-15 years ago, we still had the habit of using films and "exposing" them when film was full...Nowadays, we take thousands of pictures and store them on a computer...
I've already copied a lot of those pictures a couple years ago on DVDs.
Now that I'm planning my next build, I tought that maybe I could buy a BD writer and use those 25/50 Gb discs to archive my precious pictures but maybe flash drives with their greater capacity and falling prices would be a better idea?
The questions are:
Are BD discs reliable enough to serve as this kind of purpose?
Are flash drives reliable enough to serve as this kind of purpose?
Thanks for your input!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
